Dynamic strain measurement between two indicated lines or markers. The real time output signal is used to control tensile test machines or hydropulsers. In this application a sinus strain behaviour is shown. RTSS is a contactless optical measurement system based on a single camera and real time image processing. It measures the longitudinal and/ or transverse strain between two applied lines with a rate of up to 4000 Hz and with an accuracy of up to 0.002% strain. The strain data is transferred via analogue signal (+/- 10V) to tensile test machines for further processing or controlling.
